Position Overview:
We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist with at least 5 years of pediatric experience, who brings a deep understanding of sensory processing and emotional regulation. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys clinical complexity, values a team-based model, and thrives in a dynamic, supportive environment.
You’ll work with a diverse caseload, contributing to both 1:1 therapy sessions and interdisciplinary programs alongside our speech-language pathologists, audiologists, and early intervention educators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct pediatric OT services in clinic and school settings.
- Conduct evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Address sensory integration, emotional regulation, fine/gross motor development, and daily living skills.
- Collaborate closely with other therapists and educators on shared goals.
- Educate and support parents and caregivers.
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress tracking.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy (OTR/L).
- Minimum 5 years pediatric experience (clinic or school-based).
- Deep knowledge of sensory integration theory, praxis, and self-regulation strategies.
- Passion for working with children with developmental delays, ASD, SPD, and related challenges.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Dedication to professional growth and evidence-based practice.
